Select Arm Clearance Inspection

Measure the clearance between the select arm (A) and the Interlock (B) with a feeler gauge (C). If the clearance exceeds the service limit, go to step 2.
Standard: 0.01-0.21 mm (0.0004-0.0083 in)

Service Limit: 0.3 mm (0.012 in)

Measure the width of the select arm.
- If the width is not within the standard, replace the select arm.
- If the width is within the standard, replace the interlock.
  Standard: 12.9-13.0 mm (0.508-0.512 in)
