Countershaft Bearing Replacement

Special Tools Required 

  1. Remove the needle bearing (A) from the clutch housing (B) using the 25-40 mm adjustable bearing puller (D) and a commercially available 3/8"-16 UNF slide hammer (E), then remove oil guide plate C.

  2. Position the oil guide plate C and new needle bearing (A) in the bore of the clutch housing (B).

  3. Press in the needle bearing using the 15 x 135L driver handle (D) and the 52 x 55 mm bearing driver attachment (E).
