Thermostat Housing Removal and Installation: Installation

Install the thermostat housing (A) with a new connecting pipe O-ring (B).

Connect the heater hose (C) and the water bypass hoses (D).
Install the thermostat (see THERMOSTAT HOUSING REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
Install the harness holder.

Install the coolant reservoir.

Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system (see COOLANT REPLACEMENT ).
Clean up any spilled engine coolant.
