Amplifier: Service and Repair

Stereo Amplifier Removal/Installation

1. Remove these items:

- Glove box Service and Repair
- Passenger's dashboard undercover Passenger's Dashboard Undercover Removal/Installation
- Passenger's side kick panel Service and Repair

2. Loosen the bolts (A), then disconnect the connectors (B).

NOTE: To disconnect stereo amplifier connector A, push and hold the tab (C), then pull the lever (D) up, and disconnect the connector.






3. Remove the bolts (A) and the bracket, then pull out the stereo amplifier (B).





4. Detach the harness clip (C). Remove the bolts (D) and nut (E), and the amplifier brackets (F).

5. Install the stereo amplifier in the reverse order of removal.
