White picture is shown on the display/display lock

NOTE: Check the vehicle battery condition first Testing and Inspection.

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II), then push the REAR POWER button to see if the screen turns on.

Is it normal?

YES -

Operation is normal.�

NO -

Go to step 2.

2. Run the rear entertainment system self-diagnostic.

Is it normal?

YES -

Operation is normal.�

NO -

Substitute a known-good rear controller and screen Service and Repair, and recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away, replace the original rear controller and screen Service and Repair.�
