The HFL system is locked and the pass code has been lost or forgotten

NOTE: This procedure erases the pass code function. If the customer wishes to have the pass code protection, they need to set it up again (see the owner's manual for more information).

1. Connect the HDS to the DLC.

2. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).

3. From the Body Electrical menu, then select HandsFreeLink.

4. Select Miscellaneous Tests, then select Pass code reset.

5. Follow the HDS system prompts to reset the pass code.
