VSA OFF indicator does not come on at start-up (bulb check) ('09-11 models)

Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview.

Substitute a known-good VSA modulator-control unit Service and Repair, then recheck. If it is OK, replace the original VSA modulator-control unit Service and Repair.
