Rocker Arm Assembly Removal

Rocker Arm Assembly Removal
1. Remove the cylinder head cover.
2. Loosen the rocker arm adjusting screws (A).





3. Bundle the intake rocker arms with rubber bands (A) to keep them together as a set. Unscrew the rocker shaft mounting bolts two turns at a time, in sequence below.





4. Remove the rocker shaft mounting bolts, then remove the rocker arm assembly (A).

NOTE: When disassembling the rocker arms, remove the dowel pin (B), then remove the rocker arm from cam chain side on the rocker shaft.
