EGR Valve Replacement

1. Remove the injector manifold cover.




2. Disconnect the EGR valve 6P connector (A).
3. Remove the EGR valve (B).
4. Install the valve in the reverse order of removal with a new gasket (C).
5. Install the injector manifold cover.
