Controller Test

Controller Test

1. Before testing the controller, do the control unit input test.




2. Remove the gauge assembly (A).
3. Disconnect the 30P connector (B).
4. At the gauge assembly 30P connector A, measure resistance between the No. 19 and No. 18 terminals while rotating the adjusting dial.
Resistance should vary from 0 to 20,000 Ohm as the dial is rotated
5. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the gauge assembly.
