Installation (Odyssey)

  1. Loosely install strut on frame with the aligning tab facing inside. Install attaching nuts. Loosely install strut pinch bolts, nuts and stabilizer link. Install brake hose bracket and ABS wheel sensor to strut. Place jack under knuckle, and raise it until vehicle just lifts off safety stands.
  2. Tighten the strut pinch bolt. Tighten flange nuts on top of the damper. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation. Tighten all nuts and bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
