Activating Air Bag System (ECHO)

  1. Ensure ignition key is removed from switch and negative battery cable is disconnected. Wait at least 90 seconds after negative battery cable is disconnected.
  2. Connect seat belt pretensioner connectors. Install interior trim panels and rear seat (if removed). Connect drive and passenger air bag Yellow 2-pin connectors in reverse order. Install glove box. Connect negative battery cable. Perform SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK .
