OD OFF Indicator Light Does Not Illuminate

  1. Turn ignition on. Place selector lever in "D" position and press OD switch. If OD OFF light illuminates, check for loose PCM connectors. Repair as necessary. If PCM connectors are okay, substitute a known-good PCM and recheck. If OD OFF light does not illuminate, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect PCM harness connector "B". Disconnect instrument cluster 14-pin harness connector. Check for continuity between PCM harness connector "B" terminal No. 18 (Light Blue wire) and 14-pin instrument cluster harness connector terminal No. 6 (Light Blue wire). If continuity exists, check OD OFF bulb. If OD OFF bulb is okay, replace printed circuit. If continuity does not exist, repair open in Light Blue wire between PCM and instrument cluster.
