Check for poor connection, rubbed-through wire insulation or a broken wire inside insulation at PCM and IAC motor. Inspect harness connectors for backed-out terminals, improper mating, broken locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals, poor terminal-to-wire connection, and damaged harness. Check for objects blocking DC motor or throttle bore. Check for sticking throttle valve. Check for objects blocking AP sensor or pedal arm with spring or excessive deposits in acceleration pedal arm or pedal.
