Circuit Description

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2000 Isuzu Hombre. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Vehicle Theft Deterrent (VTD) system is called the PassLock® system. System is designed to prevent vehicle theft by disabling engine, unless a mechanical key is used to correctly engage and rotate PassLock® lock cylinder. System components include ignition switch, PassLock® lock cylinder, PassLock® Sensor, Body Control Module (BCM) and Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
