Attempting to start vehicle by by-passing PassLock® system or by substituting parts without performing passlock learn procedure may cause DTC P1631 or P1632 to be set. If no password is received, DTC U1064 or P1632 may be set. An intermittent may be caused by poor connection, rubbed-through wire insulation or a wire broken inside the insulation.
