If complaint is engine cranks but will not run, DTC P0335 may be set if engine is cranked more than 15 times without turning ignition off between starting attempts.
An intermittent can be caused by a defective CKP sensor reluctor wheel. Remove CKP sensor. Inspect reluctor wheel through CKP sensor mounting hole. Check porosity and condition of reluctor wheel. Intermittent can also be caused by rubbed-through wire insulation or a poor connection.
