A intermittent can be caused by a defective CKP sensor reluctor wheel. Remove CKP sensor. Inspect reluctor wheel through CKP sensor mounting hole. Check porosity and condition of reluctor wheel. If reluctor wheel is okay, see BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES article for intermittent diagnosis.
