Rear Disc Brake Pads: Removal

Remove caliper. See REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER . Mark pad locations if reusing. Remove pads and shims. Remove and discard pad clips. Depress caliper piston using pliers. Replace pads if pad lining thickness is less than .039" (1.0 mm).
