Front brakes are single piston, floating caliper, ventilated disc type. 2WD models are equipped with front disc and rear drum brakes. 4WD models are equipped with front and rear disc brakes. Hydraulic system of both models is controlled by a dual-circuit master cylinder and vacuum-controlled power brake unit.
