Intermittent Symptom

If symptom is intermittent, check for:

Loose No. 14 ECU/EAT ECU (15-amp) fuse located in underdash fuse/relay box.
Poor connection at PCM 32-pin connector "A" terminal No. 18 (Gray/Red wire). See Figure .
Intermittent open in Gray/Red wire between PCM connector terminal No. 18 and instrument panel.
