Disassembly (Amigo, Passport/Rodeo, Trooper & VehiCROSS)

  1. Remove hose connector fitting and "O" rings. See Figure. Remove flow control valve assembly and spring. Remove end cover bolt, end cover and gasket.
  2. Remove rotor, cam ring and vane assembly, pressure plate and "O" rings. Remove shaft snap ring and shaft. Press front bearing from shaft. Remove retaining ring and oil seal.
