Parking Brake Cable

Raise and support rear axle. Loosen lock nut and equalizer nut. See Fig 1 . Fully release parking brake cable. Tighten equalizer nut until rear wheels will not move in a forward direction without excessive force.
Loosen equalizer nut until there is little or no drag when rotating rear wheels in a forward direction. Tighten lock nut.
