Removal & Installation (3.2L & 3.5L)

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove engine cover. Remove upper intake manifold. See UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD (PLENUM) . Remove camshaft position sensor wiring connector. Remove sensor mounting bolt and sensor from left cylinder head.
- Before installing new sensor, inspect "O" ring for damaged or wear and replace if necessary.
- To install, lubricate "O" ring with engine oil and reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
