Circuit Description

DTC determines if transmission clutch switch has failed by looking for a clutch switch transition within a range from zero MPH to some higher speed.
Conditions required to set DTC are:
- No VSS DTCs are set.
- Vehicle speed is currently zero MPH.
- Vehicle speed has been greater than 40 MPH.
- Brake switch is not currently pressed.
