No Problems Are Found

Check for:
- Insufficient fuel pressure or inadequate fuel flow.
- Clogging, blocked or leaking fuel line.
- Clogged fuel filter.
- Stuck open fuel pressure regulator.
- EGR system malfunction (D16Y5 engine).
- Distributor malfunction.
- Open or short in ignition coil wire.
- Malfunctioning ignition control module. See IGNITION CONTROL MODULE under IGNITION CHECKS in BASIC DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURES article.
- Carbon deposits on valves.
- Low engine compression.
- Fuel octane level less than specification.
- VTEC system malfunction (B16A2, D16Y5 or D16Y8 engine).
- Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) or HO2S circuit malfunction.
Repair as necessary.
