Step "C"

Turn headlights on low and allow engine to idle. Check idle speed after one minute. See IDLE SPEED SPECIFICATIONS (CIVIC D16Y8 ENGINE M/T)  table. If idle speed is as specified and vehicle is equipped with A/C, go to Step "D" . If idle speed is not as specified, go to TROUBLE SHOOTING - NO CODES article.
