Step "C"

Turn headlights on low and allow engine to idle. After one minute check idle speed. See IDLE SPEED SPECIFICATIONS (CIVIC B16A2 ENGINE)  table. If idle speed is as specified and vehicle is equipped with A/C, go to Step "D" . If idle speed is not as specified, go to TROUBLE SHOOTING - NO CODES article.
