Horn Switch

Remove steering wheel. Install horn pad. Place steering wheel on a work bench with horn pad facing down. Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between contact ring (flat) and hub core (raised portion). When horn pad switch is depressed, continuity should exist. There should be no continuity when switch is released.
