Valve Guide Servicing: Installation

Using correct valve guide driver tool and adapter tool, install new valve guides working from top of head. Drive guide in until adapter bottoms on head. To ream valve guides to proper clearance, use cutting oil, valve guide reamer (07984-6890100) for exhaust or (07984-6570100) for intake. After reaming is complete, wash guides thoroughly in detergent and water.
