Check Valve Test

  1. Disconnect both ends of power brake unit's vacuum hose. Check valve is inside hose and cannot be removed.
    NOTE: Mark hose ends for proper reassembly. Power unit will not work if hose ends are reversed.
  2. Using 20 psi (1.4 kg/cm2 ) air pressure, air should flow from power unit to manifold but not from manifold to power unit.
