Power Brake Unit: Removal

  1. Disconnect vacuum hose at power brake unit and hydraulic lines at master cylinder.
  2. Remove cotter pin and clevis pin retaining power brake unit push rod to brake pedal. Remove 4 bolts accessible from inside vehicle) attaching power unit to firewall.
  3. Remove power brake unit and master cylinder as an assembly.
