Ball Joint: Installation

  1. Position ball joint in steering knuckle. Position ball joint installer (07965-SB00100) on ball joint. Position ball joint installation base (07965-SB00300) on end of ball joint housing. Press ball joint into knuckle.
  2. Install ball joint snap ring. Install dust boot and dust boot snap ring. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation.
