Rear Axle Seal: Removal

  1. Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel and tire. Remove dust cap, cotter pin, pin retainer, spindle nut, washer and outer wheel bearing.
  2. Remove brake drum. Pry grease seal from drum and replace. Inspect outer and inner wheel bearings and replace as necessary.
