Removal (Civic Sedan)
- Remove cover below steering column and remove 2 nuts from upper bracket. Remove 1 screw and coin box/vent. Remove heater control lever knobs and carefully pull off heater panel.
- Remove 3 heater control bracket mounting screws. Remove 8 instrument panel mounting screws and remove panel. Remove 4 cluster mounting screws and pull gauge assembly part way out. Pull out speedometer and tachometer cables, then unplug connectors. Remove cluster.
