Converter Housing, Oil Pump & Reverse Clutch Assembly: Inspection

Clean all components in solvent. Inspect valves and valve bores for scoring, burrs and nicks. Polish valves with crocus cloth (as needed). Using straightedge and feeler gauge, inspect pump to gear clearance. See Figure . Clearance should be .0005-.0032" (.013-.081 mm).
