Diagnostic Aids

The following can cause an intermittent condition:

• Short circuit between CKT Y/R and CKT G/R
• Short circuit between CKT Y/R and CKT G.
• Short circuit between CKT Y/R and CKT Y
• Malfunctioning shorting bar on air bag instrument panel module connector.
  NOTE: For circuit number identification, see WIRING DIAGRAM  . This test checks deployment loop resistance measured by SDM.
