Diagnostic Test

  1. Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . Go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Install scan tool and check for stored DTCs. If DTC C1286 is set as well as other DTCs indicated in CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION, go to appropriate DTC diagnostic procedure. If DTC C1286 is set with no other DTCs indicated in CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION, go to next step. 3)Using scan tool, clear DTCs. Go to DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  .
