Diagnostic Test

  1. Perform DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  . Go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Install scan tool. Turn ignition on. Using scan tool, clear any stored DTCs. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Turn ignition on. If the undefined DTC(s) resets, go to step 3). If undefined DTC(s) do not reset, go to step 4).
  3. Replace EBCM. Go to DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK  .
  4. Malfunction is not present at this time.
