Manual Locking Hub (4WD): Installation

Place NEW "O" ring on hub body. Position hub body on wheel flange. Install hub body bolts and tighten bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (24 N.m). Place NEW gasket on hub cover. Install hub cover and tighten bolts to 106 INCH lbs. (12 N.m)

NOTE: Ensure "O" mark on hub knob is in FREE position. Hub cover clutch must be pulled out toward locking hub cover. See Fig 3.
