Valve Springs

Ensure valve spring free length, pressure and out-of-square is within specification. See VALVES & VALVE SPRINGS  table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.

CAUTION: Install valve springs with tightest coil area on spring seat and larger coil area at spring retainer.
NOTE: DO NOT reuse valve stem oil seals if they have been removed.
