Master Cylinder: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove electrical connector from reservoir cap (if equipped). Disconnect brake lines from master cylinder. Cap brake lines and plug master cylinder ports to prevent fluid spillage and contamination. Remove nuts and washers attaching master cylinder to power brake unit. Remove master cylinder.
