Wiper Does Not Turn Off

  1. With wiper running, disconnect rear wiper switch connector. If wiper turns off, go to next step. If wiper does not turn off, repair short to voltage in Orange wire between rear switch and motor.
  2. Using DVOM, connect leads across Yellow/Blue and Black/Green terminals of rear switch. Measure resistance. If resistance is infinite, replace rear motor. If resistance is less than infinity, replace rear switch.
