Installation (1.6L)

To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article. If fuel injectors were removed, install NEW "O" rings. Lubricate "O" rings with oil before installing on fuel injectors. Fill cooling system.

NOTE: Lower intake manifold is also called induction control valve assembly. It contains air valves, which modify air induction velocity under certain operating conditions.
