Exhaust Manifold: Removal

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove heat shield from exhaust manifold. Disconnect oxygen sensor wiring connector. Disconnect EGR pipe from exhaust manifold and EGR valve.
  2. Disconnect exhaust pipe from exhaust manifold. Remove exhaust manifold bolts/nuts. Remove exhaust manifold and gasket.
