Removal & Installation

Drain cooling system. Remove timing belt. See TIMING BELT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Remove timing belt tensioner pulley (if necessary). Remove water pump bolts, water pump and gasket. See Figure or Figure . To install, reverse removal procedure. Fill cooling system.
