Engine Identification

NOTE: For engine repair procedures not covered in this article, see ENGINE OVERHAUL PROCEDURES - GENERAL INFORMATION article in the GENERAL INFORMATION section.

Engine can be identified by the eighth character of Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). VIN is located on top of dash panel, at lower left corner of windshield.
