WARNING: Before testing ANY instrument panel component, Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) MUST be disabled. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM in AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEM article in the ACCESSORIES/SAFETY EQUIPMENT section. Accidental air bag deployment could cause serious bodily injury.
