Reassembly & Installation

  1. To reassemble, reverse disassembly procedure. Install oil seal using seal installer. Coat seal lip with grease. Tighten oil pump cover bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. Use new oil pump gaskets. Tighten all bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS TABLE at the end of this article.
