Park/Neutral Position Switch R & I: Removal

  1. Park/Neutral Position (PNP) switch is located on side of transmission. Remove lock nut, washer and manual lever from control shaft. See Figure and Figure .
  2. Bend up tabs on lock washer. Remove lock nut, lock washer and seal from control shaft. Remove retaining bolts and neutral start switch.
